Master Plan

Preliminary and general feasibility study

This phase is subdivided into two phases, in the first preliminary the objectives of the promoter will be identified, an inspection of the property will be carried out, assessed briefly if the essential conditions for the development of the project (surface, morphology, accessibility, water and energy availability, etc.) exist and a general plan of the course will be prepared and will be verbally illustrated in a meeting the general considerations.

A technical report will then be drawn up that includes general considerations concerning the characteristics of the site and the initiative, the analysis of the resources of the territory, the possible technical solutions with the relative maximum estimate of costs and completion time. The general studies of the course will be analyzed in order to determine the characteristics and the type of the course, and through your cooperation the localization and the integration with the receptive and residential structures will be identified with the aim of creating a golf facility that integrates harmoniously in the territory and allowing a valid test for players of all levels.

This phase includes, in addition to the technical report, the realization of the general plan in scale 1: 2.000, which will be the starting point for the development of the project and for administrative requests. The Promoter will approve the feasibility study when, having verified the technical, economic and administrative feasibility, he decides to continue with the realization of the path.

The following phases will be:

- Preparation of projects and contractual documents
- Preparation of the specifications of the works
- Preparation of the executives and implementation of the course
